Aeron Walker's Research Exhibit

This page is to raise money for the cost of my research exhibit. My Master's research is about Disney Channel Original Movies (DCOMs) and Interracial Relationships, Casting, and Themes.

The subjects of race and children's programming are often overlooked or ignored in Media Studies. To bring light to my research subjects. To bring awareness to my research, I am creating an exhibit that will celebrate the trailblazing actors of DCOMs, while also educating audiences of the history of Disney Channel Original Movies and race. The exhibit will focus on DCOMs from 1997-2012, and will have five parts: Casting Stars, Two-Worlds, Love Interests & Race, Villains & Hair Color, and DCOM Music Videos.

The exhibit costs $2500, $500 have been covered through outside funding. I appreciate anything you can give whether big or small.
