Fairwell Farm is a riding stable that has been financially decimated by COVID-19. For 20+ years this farm has been a place for kids and teens to learn how to ride. Jennifer Kett, the owner, has created a nurturing environment where kids can ride, learn barn management, and "hang out". She has always been very generous, allowing kids to work off their lessons if they run into financial hardship and can't pay for their lessons. Now she needs help. Due to the virus lessons have been canceled. There is limited money coming in to feed and take care of the 19 horses who are at the barn. The cost of feed, hay, and shaving for this number of animals runs about $4,500 a month. We are hoping to raise $8,000 to cover these costs for the next 2 months.
