We are in an emergency situation and need all the help we can get.

Our boiler cracked early in 2025, leaking and water damage created a drastic situation at home, leaving us with an immediate need to replace it; We've gone into the winter with no heat in our home, which could mean freezing/burst pipes and more problems down the road as weather worsens. we've been using electric heaters to mitigate the situation which has made it survivable to say the least.

We exhausted every option, from insurance claims to HEAP and NYSERDA, USDA grants and more. Every bright light was snuffed out or denied, some because the current administration cut funding to the programs this same year, some becasue of poor credit, and some for the most ridiculous reasons. Leaving us now in January with cold days here and colder ones coming.

In November we found a contractor who was willing to take on the job, we scrimped and saved to make the first half of our payment, and were going to finance the last half, unfortunately we were denied financing. still looking for a solution and not having the finances to fix it. We are trying to raise $7,750 to fix our system, to replace the system, even if we can get close to that we might be in a better position to fix this our boiler. 

Our last option was to turn to you for help, our community. the situation is becoming more and more immediate as temperatures are dropping.

Any donations made will be going toward replacing our boiler.
