Advocate for Aterak Against Drunk Driving

On July 28th, I was delivering my product to a customer's farm and was rear-ended by a drunk driver going 80 mph. My delivery truck and customized delivery trailer were totaled. I am still receiving medical treatment for injuries from the accident. My business essentially stopped that day as my means of moving my product was destroyed, and my injuries prevented me from physically being able to do the work. I have retained a personal injury attorney; however, that part of the case can not start until I have completed my medical treatment. At the moment, that timeframe is unknown. Before this accident, Aterak was getting ready to expand into new territories and had taken loans to successfully make this strategic business move happen. I have called my creditors, explained the situation, and asked for forbearance or hold on accounts. The most they could offer was two months of waiving late fees; however, I have to make the minimum payment to qualify for the waived late fees. At this moment, the business is at a complete stop. The man who hit me was driving drunk, driving someone else's car with bare minimum insurance and no driver's license, and fled the scene. I don't want Aterak Nutrition, a brand and company I have built over the last six years, to disintegrate and disappear because of someone else's reckless decisions. I am out of options, and I need help. I successfully navigated through Covid. I want Aterak Nutrition to make it through this. Please support this company and brand.
