Hi, my name is Carmen.
I'm reaching out for your help! In 2019 my "BFFD" Kimberly Anderson was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had both breasts removed. She lives in Las Vegas currently. I would like to take time out to highlight the incredibly amazing person Kim is. A mother of two children and grandmother of three granddaughters. Kim had been a traveling nail tech and Cancer survivor for two years. Until May of 2021 when she was going for her check-up that she learned that cancer had returned spread to her right lung. After extensive blood work and testing, Kim was told that she had Stage 4 triple-negative metastatic breast cancer. Her treatment is very evasive she had been doing chemotherapy for the last 8 weeks of the 4 to 6 months treatment plan. However, it does not appear to be slowing down the progress of the growth of cancer. This is why I need your help immediately to get her home to be with her family! She can no longer work as cancer has stopped her ability to earn a living and has left her disabled. Kim moved to Vegas to live her best pre-retirement life. She has made good friends there in Vegas however, Kim's family and children live in Columbus, Georgia. This is why I am asking for mandatory donations to move her home to be closer to the family in this season of her treatment. So that Kim will no longer have to fight this battle alone and it has been suggested by her doctors as well. Any amount would be greatly appreciated and a blessing to Kim in this season.
