Hello Facebook  friends & family,

This  is  my   close   friend   Adrienne   who   is   currently   battling   a life threatening  illness. Due  to   the   complications  of   the  illness  and  its treatment  she   is  currently unable  to maintain  stable  employment.   I   want  to  share  the  reasons   behind   this gofundme  request. After completing an upcoming surgical procedure, it is  Adrienne's desire to  return to  Bakersfield  to receive  aftercare  from  her  family  and  friends.  I know  that  during  this  time  of  year  (Holidays)  it  may  seem  like  a lot  to  ask  but  I am  exhausting all avenues in an effort to  make  her  wishes  come  true.  Adrienne has always been a hard working individual, who lives by faith and her trust in God. However; there are times when we all could benefit from the assistance  of others and this is her time. It can be devastating, and overwhelming, to anyone who is in poor health and who has no resources.  Adrienne has already began to sell all that she possesses to at least have food and shelter. 
  I am just asking you to give from your heart, no matter the amount of the contribution that you are able to give any amount will be appreciated. I want to personally thank each and every one of you in advance for not only your monetary contributions but I also solicit your prayers for my friend.
