Hi! My name is Adrian Jimenez. I am 12 years old and I am part of the NEWARK COUGARS CROSS COUNTRY TEAM. I discovered my passion for running a few years ago and was finally able to join a team at Newark Junior High. After some hard training of 4-5 miles a day 5x a week I am very lucky to have made it to the final round in the Junior Olympics.  
The City of Newak has not had a Cross country team in a long time and I am excited to say that I will be representing my City, Newark CA at the National Junior Olympics race that will be held on December 10th in Hoover, Alabama. With the holiday's coming up it will be hard for my family to cover all costs for the trip. This will help cover travel expenses including airfare, meals and hotel.
If you are able to, please help me make it from California to Alabama to compete in the Nationals.
