Just before the Fouth of July, 6 Year Old Adrian Almendarez was diagnosed with Leukemia and is currently being treated at Childrens National Hospital in Washington D.C. This amazing child is now in the midst of the most difficult fight of his life. He is receiving chemotherapy with  a courageous smile on his face. Like most boys his age he loves Legos and a good scavenger hunt, his favorite movie is Big Hero 6.

His Mother Jennifer and Father Anthony as well as Step Father Adam and little brother Isaiah are at his side supporting him and loving him, making sure he continues to have the strength he needs to win this fight. 

It is times like this that we must look to our family, friends and community for support. The financial burden of treatment and household expense can be overwhelming, I urge you to support this wonderful family and this amazing child so that they can focus on what matters most.
