Help Our Friend Adrian Perez Fight COVID-19

 

Since then, he has continued to fight as the virus has compromised his lungs. At the last update, Adrian had received a tracheotomy to aid in the use of a ventilator, and he is on ECMO, which helps to oxygenate his blood. He is being kept asleep and paralyzed to better allow for his body to recover.

 

It's been amazing to see the outpouring of love, kindness, and prayers on social media for our friend Adrian. I truly loved seeing all the comments on a Facebook post about great Adrian memories. It's incredible to see the impact he has had on so many lives. 

 

But what's even more amazing is the positivity and the love of God that Adrian and his family have shown throughout this process. So many people were touched and moved by the honesty that Adrian showed in his social media posts once he entered the hospital. Even while he was fighting just to catch his breath, he was giving praise to God. He is certainly one that walks the walk of faith to which we are called.

 

At this time, we don't know what the future holds for Adrian. Whatever the path to recovery, we can guess that it will come with a significant financial cost. Our hope is that we can financially assist Adrian and his family so that the difficulties that they will continue to face can be even slightly reduced.

 

So many of us have been blessed by Adrian and his family. We hope that you can join us in taking a step to try to return just a fraction of that blessing back to them in this time of need.
