Adrian's Heart Recovery Fund

Donation protected
On Thursday, February 23rd, our dear friend Adrian O’Shea Morgan underwent emergency triple bypass surgery for a heart attack.  It was at that time he discovered he had 70%, 97%, & 100% blockages in his coronary arteries.  Like most medical emergencies, Adrian had no idea he had this condition.

What has turned out to be a blessing in disguise is that at the time of his heart attack he was busy training for the Tour De Dirt MTB Race Series riding over 100 miles a week on his trainer.  We are all grateful that fate found Adrian at home when was having chest pains instead of out on a distant trail with no medical care for miles.

Adrian’s doctors have told him he won’t be able to return to work for months. He works with his hands as a self-employed carpenter, builder, and handy man.  His work can be very physical.  His doctors have warned him that returning to work too soon can hurt his heart surgery incision.

Medical bills are an issue.  Adrian doesn’t have health insurance.  We are working with the hospital to reduce his bills but there will still be some money owed when everything is settled.  Adrian needs help paying these medical bills and help with basic living expenses like food, utilities and prescriptions.

Adrian has always been quick to pitch in a helping hand when any of his friends needed help.  Whether that was offering his couch to sleep on for a few months, laying down flooring in a friend’s studio or helping someone move.  Adrian has always been a friend you can count on.

This wonderful human being needs our help!  Please donate what you can to the Adrian O’Shea Morgan Heart Recovery Fund.  We’d like to raise $10,000 to help Adrian out.

Your donation will help Adrian stay on the road to recovery and make it possible for him to land on his feet so that he can continue to contribute to our community.

Many Blessings,

From Family and Friends
