I suffer from mental health problems. Depression, anxiety and addiction to name a few. I spent 7 months trying to drink myself to death then decided to do something about it. My conclusion was to get back to nature and to travel the coast of England to Dove from weston super mare. Then down the French coast to the iberian peninsula. Wild camping as much as I can. I have a cycle and trailer and live day by day. 50% will go to charity and 50% to my running costs. I hope you follow my journey and understand mental health problems more
