Last Friday evening, my son Adrian was in a terrible motorcycle accident in Chesterfield. He is now in MCV hospital facing many surgeries. He has significant injuries to his right leg that will involve not only a rod, plates, and screws, but skin grafts as well. He has two fractured vertebrae, several broken ribs, and a lacerated liver.

We don’t know how long he will be in the hospital, but when he gets out, there will be a long road to recovery, and he will not be able to go back to work for a very long time and may not be able to do the same kind of work (he is a furniture mover).

He has two small children, Lucas who is 9 and Octavia who is two. He will not be able to help support them.

Additionally, he may lose his apartment and could be facing homelessness.

He has many friends and a family who loves him very much, but there’s only so much that we can do.

As his mother, I am asking if anyone can help with anything, it would be a blessing.
