Adria and the derpfarm

For those of you who know Adria Johnson, I don't have to describe her....she's the epitome of a heart for animal welfare.  She embodies all those values the rest of us desire to be...she's a hard worker, the first in to work and the last to leave.  Her love of animals doesn't stop with her own.  She has an animal sanctuary in which she cares for rescued farm animals as well as exotics.  She's known to care for animals brought in to the clinics in which she has worked, many times with the expectation of euthanasia, and has rehabbed/cared for them to help them live their best lives...all on her own dime.

It's now the opportunity to help her.  Adria is a strong soul, a giver, and won't often ask for help.  I'm asking for her.  Recently, two members of her own fur family have been diagnosed with chronic diseases.  Baxter, her adorable rescued terrrier mix, was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma.  She hasn't told him.  He just knows he has regular blood draws, receives medications and has an oncologist on his team.  Jersey, another senior pet, rescued years ago has been a constant companion in Adria's adult life.  She started having seizures and meet with the neurologist recently.  She is now on medication but the expectation is that an MRI in her future.

Pet health care costs add up quickly but when your rescued animals are senior pets and more then one have major health concerns, it adds up quickly.  Here's where we need your help.  Please contribute to the fund to help Adria help her own pets live their best lives on the #derpfarm.  Remember all the animals, small, large, farm and exotic that Adria has touched and helped over 10+ years.  Help her to help them.
