He has been through a lot. A devastating story is told in the marks and scars left all over his body and hidden behind the medications that stabilize his behavior.

A distant family member heard about his story years ago and began the process to become his legal guardian. A week ago those efforts became a reality and she got on a plane and flew to pick him up!
