We are Jake and Jon, Adonis’s parents. He is an eleven-year-old pound mix and is the youngest of our pups. Recently, the doctor told us that he has cancer; a large cystic tumor is filling up his abdominal cavity and they only gave him a few weeks to live.

He is scheduled for life-saving surgery on Monday; without it, he will not make it. His exploratory abdominal surgery and his recovery after will cost us over ten thousand dollars; it is not guaranteed to be successful. We are asking for absolutely anything you could spare, 5 dollars goes a long way towards his chemo medication. Thank you all for thinking of us in this difficult time. We are spending as much time with him as possible before we may have to say goodbye.
