Adiba Nisa is a 14 year old who has migrated to Sacramento, California 23 months ago from Fiji Islands. She was born at a premature gestation of 6 1/2 months and fought for her life while she was in NICU for 90 days. During her first 5 years of life she was diagnosed with Cerebal Palsy, Pierre Robin Syndrome, Communicative Hydrocephalus, Congenital Pectus Excavatum with Chronic Stridor, Global developmental delay, Hypotonia, Microcephaly, Flexion contractures of joint of lower leg and other multiple congenital abnormalities.

Despite Adiba having so much going on in her life, She is a very beautiful, happy child with a very contagious smile and easily wins anyone's heart. Adiba is now being provided with a wheelchair to travel around anywhere and her family needs help to buy a van which can be modified and converted into an accessible vehicle. This van would be an answer to a prayer and a blessing beyond the family’s dreams. Adiba would be able to travel everywhere and live her life! Adiba has numerous doctor’s appointments and this van would make it so much easier for her condition and her family.
