ADI WHITING, SARAH AND SYLVESTER

This is "The Carps" fundraising for our amazing Bar Manager Adi Whiting. Adi was the victim of a brutal attack outside our premises on Sunday night. He suffered extensive brain trauma after being beaten across the head with a baseball bat. His life still hangs in the balance as at 20th January. The swelling on his brain is still too severe to perform any tests and this needs to go down further. Doctors are very concerned that there is nothing happening as yet, but it is still too early to be sure. Adi has a fiancé, Sarah, and a beautiful baby boy, Sylvester, who turns one in a couple of weeks. Like any young couple starting out, they have very little money and live in rented accommodation. If Adi survives he is likely to be severely disabled.

We are trying to raise as much money as possible to support Adi, Sarah and Sylvester through the next few months. Any monies you can donate will have a huge impact on their quality of life going forward Debra Paul (Adi's mum) will be the joint beneficiary with Sarah Lilly Taylor, Adi's fiancé. This is a measure put in place to ensure that the monies that have been raised are spent in accordance with our fundraising description and means that two signatures are required for all expenditure.
