Adelis and Victoria

Hi, my name is Sui-Lan Rodriguez and I have been a friend of Adelis’s for 12 1/2 years. I am not alone when saying that we were all happy for her when she met Alain and fell in love. Shortly after, came marriage. Amongst all their blessings, they received the devastating news that Alain had cancer. It is then that they began their journey of different treatments, along with keeping a positive outlook and hoping for the best. In 2021 they received the amazing news that Adelis was pregnant with a little princess. Baby Victoria was born on July 28, 2022 and they could not be happier, for what a blessing they were gifted.

Unfortunately, in December of 2022, she became unemployed.  As if that wasn't bad enough, on January 2, 2023, starting the year, they received the most devastating news of all. Instead of them enjoying the start of the new year, Alain was rushed to the hospital where it was discovered he had 3 brain tumors. As they went home to prepare for what's next, sadly on January 4th just two days later he was rushed back to the hospital where Alain lost his battle with cancer with his family by his side.

I implore you to please help our friend Adelis and baby Victoria with this long difficult road ahead. With all of our help, we can make it a little easier.
