Newborn Baby Adelaide Willow

Everyone has good days, and everyone has bad days, but not many of us have the worst day and the best day of our lives happen all in one day. A dear friend and co-worker of ours Aivars is in need of our help and support. Friday, February 19, 2016 his wife had a C-Section and gave birth to his first child, a beautiful baby girl Adelaide Willow. Due to a heightened acidity PH level and a few other issues Adelaide was removed from St. Mary Immaculate Hospital and moved to CHKD to perform a hypothermia protocol to help protect her from any serious damage and allow her to recover. His wonderful wife Megan was immediately placed in a helicopter and was flown to Norfolk General and was placed in ICU in critical condition from complications with the C-Section. Unfortunately Megan did not make it; she passed away not too long after being in ICU due to complications with child birth. Adelaide Willow is still at CHKD she is doing better, and will hopefully be able to come home soon. We're asking everyone to please donate to help our friend Aivars get through this tough time as this was all unexpected for him and both of their families.
