I'm Kate, Kim's sister. As some of you are aware, on May 23rd was a very tragic morning. It started off as any other day for Kim and Shane. Shane went to work and Kim was to care for Adelaide. When Kim went to wake her up, she was unconscious. She dialed 911 and started to perform cpr. The ambulance came and they were unfortunately unable to save her. Adelaide would have turned 2 June 6th. Instead of planning a birthday party, now a funeral has to be planned. That day is so very tragic. Please donate any amount you can to help pay for funeral costs.
