Honey and I will be planking every day in November as part of Dogs Trust Plank for Pups challenge to help care for the thousands of dogs still waiting for their forever homes.

Hopefully, we will have the strongest cores in Peckham by the end of the month.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, dedicated to protecting and caring for dogs in need. They provide shelter, medical treatment, training, and loving homes to thousands of dogs each year. We are so lucky to have Honey in our lives but sadly not every dog is as lucky a pup as she is, so please help us raise money for this amazing charity!

Just £25 could pay for a full vet check as soon as a dog arrives at Dogs Trust, while £100 could cover the cost of all the essential care for one dog during their first week.
