Adalyn Grace Weissmueller is currently in the PICU at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and is expected to be there for some time. Late Tuesday night, 5/6/2025, she was rushed to the local ER after she developed a headache, followed by vomiting and sudden loss of vision. At the local ER, a brain mass was discovered on CT, and she was emergently flown to St. Louis Children’s Hospital. She underwent brain surgery the morning of 5/7 and has remained in the ICU, intubated and sedated, while awaiting biopsy results of the mass.

She was able to be extubated on 5/10! They are still awaiting her biopsy results to determine her care plan. She has a very long road ahead, but Addy girl is tough!

Addy has 4 other siblings at home who love her so very much. The hope is to relieve some financial burden off her parents, Austin and Leah. Leah will be staying with Addy and off work for an unknown amount of time. Austin will be home managing a move to a new home and the 4 other kids, while working his full-time job. Let’s rally around this amazing family while they help Addy through this tough time!
