Addison's Sweet Heart

Hello! I am starting this go fund me to help support one of our dearest friends-- Tracey and her sweet daughter Addison.

Tracey has been a PA with our group for years, and is just an amazing soul. Tracey and Addison were diagnosed with Covid -19 in early January. When Addison was not getting better, Tracey took her to Phoenix Children's hospital, where she was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and admitted to the cardiac ICU.

Addison had an echocardiogram which showed that the function of her heart is very low. She was given cardiac medications through her IV, but despite this, she has continued to decline. Her heart has weakened, and the ICU doctors have decided to intubate Addison and place her on cardiac ECMO. She is being evaluated for a heart transplant and will hopefully be approved to be on the transplant list early this week.

Tracey is staying with her, and will obviously need a lot of time off work to care for her. Let us come together and raise some money to help her out during this super difficult time. Any little bit helps, as well as prayers.

Due to very strict visitation restrictions, Tracey has not been allowed to have visitors at this time. As you may imagine, this is a very difficult time. Any support we can give Tracey at this time is welcomed and much needed, as she will not be able to work in the near foreseeable future.
