Hello everyone, my name is Jacquelynn Jones. I am Addison's mommy. I am starting a GoFundMe for our family because we are unable to afford to pay for the supplements Addison continues to need to support his body during chemo. We also may need to use some of these funds for healthy foods for our family and for Labcorp appointments.

He will also need continued support from his Functional Dr. when his cancer treatment is done on November 19th, 2025. His focus will to help to heal Addison's body from almost 2 1/2 years of continual chemo. We also go to Labcorp once every month to 8 weeks. He takes his supplements daily and we need to buy these often. These supplements are very expensive, and we have been putting all of them on credit cards up to this point, accruing a great amount of debt over the past 2 years.

We had paid off our credit cards and were trying to build our credit so we could possibly buy a home, but we continue to go into more debt as the days go on, and this is not from a place of irresponsibility in regard to our finances. I am reaching out to see if anyone feels led to give to this cause of supporting his medical care. We also lost Medicaid when Josh found a job after being unemployed for 1 year during Addison's treatment. This was covering all our extra medical expenses.

Depending on our need, this money could also go to healthy food for our son and for our family. Thank you for considering giving to our family during this time. We hope in the future God will give us the ability to help others in their need.
