Dear Friends and Family,
My name is Addison Brueck, and I am thrilled to share that I am a graduating senior from Shorewood High School. As I stand on the brink of this new chapter in my life, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for the journey ahead.
This fall, I have the incredible opportunity to attend Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Wylie, TX, and I need your support to make this dream a reality.
Why YWAM?
YWAM is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups, and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.
The program I will be joining is called Construction DTS (discipleship training school), where I will deepen my faith, develop my character, and equip myself with essential life skills that will enable me to make a positive impact in the world.
I will be learning the basics of construction, such as framing, concrete, sheetrock, and more, and hope to move into more advanced topics.
My Goals:
- Grow Deeper in My Faith: My primary desire is to grow closer to God and strengthen my relationship with Him. Through YWAM, I will engage in intense biblical studies, worship, and prayer, fostering a deeper understanding of my faith and how I can live it out daily.
- Make a Difference in the World: YWAM's mission is to know God and to make Him known. I will have the opportunity to participate in outreach programs, both locally and internationally, where I can serve communities in need, share the love of Christ, and bring hope to those who are hurting.
- Gain Important Life Skills: This program will challenge me to step out of my comfort zone and develop essential life skills such as leadership, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication. These experiences will not only prepare me for future endeavors but also shape me into a more compassionate and understanding individual.

To make this journey possible, I need to raise $10,000. These funds will cover the cost of the program, including tuition, outreach expenses, and living costs. I am reaching out to my community of friends, family, and supporters to help me achieve this goal. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to this transformative experience.
