Addie’s Army fighting childhood cancer

Adaleigh is a 6 year old girl that was recently diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer, Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma. Her treatment will be taking her to CHOP in Philly for weekly therapy(chemo and radiation) for the next 15 months. We are looking for help with travel expenses and medical bills.
