After further investigation, this genetic mutation has been ruled out as the cause of Addie's epilepsy. So we have shifted and our now taking donations for the Doose Syndrome Epilepsy Alliance, a foundation working to fund the research for a CURE for Addie's form of epilepsy also known as Myotonic-Atonic Epilepsy (MAE).
