Funds for Alcoholism Rehab. for Casey Moore

Donation protected
My name is Richard "Rick" Warmuth. I am reaching out to families, friends and folks who have experienced addiction therapy. The handsome guy in the picture is my friend and roommate Casey Lee Moore. Casey has been struggling with depression, anxiety, and alcohol addiction for over 8 years. Recently, Casey has been bouncing off his "bottom" trying to stay on the path of sobriety. So far in this year of ups and downs Casey has been apart of  "In" and "Out" patient rehab. He has achieved 50 days of sobriety and then another 25 days.  For those of you who are familiar with addiction, it can be a very tough road to achieve complete recovery. Recovery from any addiction is a life long process.

Casey asked me to spearhead this GoFundMe page so he can enroll one more time at an inpatient rehab program. Casey's loving family has supported him with  their love and financial assistance this past year so Casey could attend the programs offered by American Addiction Center.

Those of you who are friends of Casey's are familiar with his brilliant and magical vocal talents. He has appeared at many local Churches, Supper Clubs, Community Entertainment Groups and private functions. He has been part of the Praise Team for Good Sumaritan Lutheran Church for the past two years. I have known Casey for over 8 years. We have been roommates for almost 4 years. And, I am asking for your assistance and support for Casey at what ever dollar amount you can share. I know this is a terrible time of year to be asking for your support, especially with COVID -19 hanging over our heads. And unfortunately, this type of request is not tax deductible. Still I ask that you reach into your hearts, especially those of you who know Casey. One more bit of information, Casey is covered limitedly through Medicaid, but most facilities do not accept government insurance programs.

In addition, I have had many conversations with different admissions team members of American Addition Center (AAC), who themselves have been treated through AAC and other treatment programs. They have been very forthcoming about the fact that it has taken them two or three times to achieve their sobriety. These programs are not cheap.  We are lucky though, AAC has program Casey can qualify for now. He need to raise $5,000 right away to start into a 60 day inpatient program.  It is rather urgent that we raise these funds now. These special rates will not last long. And Casey's health is at stake.

I wish to thank you on Casey's behalf for whatever you are able to contribute. May God Bless you and your loved ones through the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Casey wishes prayers for all of us as we deal with COVID-19. Wishing you good health and stay safe.
