Hi my name is Sarah Holloway, and my dads heart is currently failing. My dad is a single father who works hard to support me and my twin sister Rachel. Without him able to work my family is currently struggling to obtain all the necessities. Due to free fluid around his heart, his EF(ejection fraction) is only pumping 7%. Because of the lack of circulation he also has kidney and liver failure. He has to have open heart surgery this week to put a pump in his heart. In about 2 years, he will need a heart transplant.
