Walter Brown

My name is Walter Brown. During the early morning hours of Thursday, February 16, around 6:20 am, I was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Biddle Street in Baltimore, MD. As a result of a roll off truck hitting and dragging my car, it collided with a park vehicle. The nerve damage, injuries and mental distress have left me without a car and unable to work. As a result of the runaway driver's disappearance, I sought medical attention and filed a report with Baltimore City police.
