adaptive equipment for vehicle

Donation protected
Hello My name is Peter. I am a quadriplegic living independently with minimal help.  I am looking for help in paying for my adaptive equipment to be transferred from my old van to new to me one.  My old van has rusted out after many years of use and I am hoping to get this done so I can maintain my independence by continuing to drive my van from my wheelchair.  I like to attend church, do my grocery shopping and be able to attend family gatherings by driving myself.  I have been a quad since I was 19 years old and I am now almost 62.  If you could please help me in any way it would be very much appreciated. The equipment is purchased from EMC  Electronic Mobility Controls. It is all computerized and very expensive to have but does allow me to be independent, and again, drive myself from my wheelchair. It also takes specialized people to install the equipment which drives up the cost.

Unfortunately, time is of extreme essence as I need to keep both vans insured, this is costly.  I need to have the equipment completely transferred and installed into the new van in order that the Finance Authority of Maine, who is holding the title on the old van as they are the mortgage holder on the equipment, will release that van title, which will allow me to dispose of the old van and thus not have to continue the insurance coverage on the older vehicle.    Thank you for your consideration.
