I have been deeply struggling with mental health issues for 6 months now and it's taken a toll on so many around me. I have gotten diagnosed with Bipolar 2 with hypomania, and an anxiety disorder. It's been the hardest season of my life and I'm trying to lean in and trust the Lord with this and dig in. Psalm 18:28 says, "My God turns my darkness into light."
