Hi all,
For those of you who do not know Adam Gostynski was in a very terrible accident on Monday, March 13th and is in ICU at Penn Presbyterian. Adam suffered multiple injuries which will keep him in the hospital for weeks to come, which will result in many medical expenses. Eventually, Adam will also need extensive physical therapy. He has already had multiple surgeries and there will be quite a few more through this journey. Adam's left leg was shattered with multiple breaks that came through the skin. Adam's Femur was severly damaged and will be replaced with a metal rod. In addition, he suffered broken ribs, a lost tooth, a fractured nose, a broken Tibia, Fibia and knee (which will need surgery), a collapsed lung, minor blood clots, a concussion and a large laceration to his hand that may also need surgery.
We all know Adam is am amazing son, brother, boyfriend, cousin, uncle, friend, etc. and in hopes to lift his spirits and lessen the burden of medical expsenses I have created this account. I will provide updates through Adams recovery. Even if you are unable to donate, please share his story. Every penny, every share, an every prayer helps<3
