My name is Adam Kube, a devoted single father doing my best to provide for my daughter on a limited income. Her mother is in a similar financial situation. Over the weekend of July 4th, our daughter suffered a serious electric scooter accident that left her with multiple facial fractures, a deep laceration to her lower lip, and the loss of one of her front adult teeth. In the shock of the moment, she somehow had the presence of mind to recover the tooth—but sadly, hospital imaging confirmed it couldn’t be reattached due to the severity of the fractures.

At a recent dental follow-up, we learned she also has an adult incisor that is completely turned sideways. This will require surgical removal, a prosthetic tooth, and braces to properly heal and restore her smile. While the dental team has offered us a payment plan, they require a significant down payment this week to move forward.
