At the age of 30 adam has been diagnosed with ALS otherwise known as lou gherigs disease, this disease is debilitating. With upcoming challenges ahead Adam has kept about as positive as he can be, but medical bills and exspenses are goind to build up. Adam has always been a hard worker, an amazing person, and doesnt ask for help, but adam has a beautiful daughter named norah and a wife kristine and with him not being able to work because of ALS they could use all the help the can get.
