Adam's Freezbrury - Cold for Crumlin

Hey folks,

For a period of three years my youngest sister was in and out of Crumlin's Children's Hospital whilst battling cancer . 

The helpfulness and hard working nature of the staff is something that did not go unnoticed by my family over the period of time that they were in the hospital . 

Claire made some great friends in the hospital with some people doing their very best to help those that needed it the most and they always managed to do so in a cheerful manner as I heard from stories . 

As this place has done so much for my family I feel as though it is only right to give back in some shape and thus I have decided to take part in a challenge called Freezbrury .

Long story short this involves submerging yourself in the sea every day in February with the time spent in the water corresponding with the date, (eg. 1 minute on the 1st, 2 minutes on the 2nd, 25 minutes on the 25th ...) . 

I understand this challenge will be tough but hopefully it will result in some money being raised for an incredibly deserving charity .
