Adam Wharton

As you all know Adam battled with his demons for a decade. Beneath it all he was funny, highly intelligent, and deeply caring - a devoted son, brother, grandson, uncle and father who was fiercely proud of his kids and the incredible young adults they are becoming. Despite his challenges, Adam left a lasting impact on so many lives, and it's clear now just how many people loved and valued him. His light, though dimmed by his pain, will never be forgotten.

To honour Adam's memory we have set up this GoFundMe page where friends & family can donate to Andy's Man Club who we feel would have been a great source of support to Adam once he'd been ready. Men's mental health isn't spoken about enough & even now it still seems a taboo subject. We hope by friends & family donating to this charity, it will help others who are struggling and remind everyone that they are never alone.

Remember to be kind to yourselves and others. No one knows what battles people are fighting behind closed doors. Check-in on that friend that seems to be doing ok. Call that friend you haven't spoken to for a bit, even if it's just for 5 minutes, you never know how much that might help them in that moment.

We facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK for any man to attend over 18. We provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. We have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
