We are deeply saddened and join together in mourning the loss of Adam Twain—loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. A uniquely gifted musician, filmmaker, and athlete who brightened the world for all those fortunate to have known his warmth, wit, generosity, spirit, and love. Adam was a beloved staff member at the Oakland Public Library where he enjoyed working for a number of years. 

Many have kindly reached out asking for a way to provide support to his son Miles and wife Valerie as they carry on into a future without Adam. This Go Fund Me campaign was set up to provide the means to do so. All donations are deeply appreciated by Valerie and Adam’s family, and will go toward Miles’ future education needs.
