For those of you who know Adam, you know that he has endured more than one should ever have to in his 39 years of living and it started when he was just 4 with an Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia diagnoses.

Through a medical trial and bone marrow transplant, he went into remission.

However the treatment for the Leukemia and its effects it had on him left him with a life filled with hospitals, surgeries, and to many scares to count.

He has experienced losing his eyesight completely, grand mal seizures, sodium depletion, brain tumors, strokes, and kidney failure. His current diagnoses with continuation of strokes and furthering decline of kidneys tells us his battles aren't over yet.

Due to this, returning to work unfortunately is not an option.

With cost of Healthcare, prescriptions, appointments, etc on top of the cost of living we are asking for help. I know anyone that knows Adam can say with 100% certainty that he is without a doubt worthy of being shown that he has fought hard and that people are there for him and want to help.
