Donation protected

On December 12th my sister's husband, Adam, was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer of the pancreas that has spread to his liver. The only symptoms he had prior to his diagnosis were on and off nausea, some bloating and a pinchy feeling on his right side. The doctor thought it was his gallbladder and the testing for that led to the CT results. They went to Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Chicago and have been beyond blessed with the care. The doctor said his cancer is aggressive but should respond well to treatment. Adam will need chemotherapy every three weeks for 6-8 months. The treatment every three weeks consists of a 3 hour infusion every day for 3 days. They will be traveling to Chicago every 3 weeks hopefully over the weekend so Adam doesn't have to miss much work. The CTCA does pay for transportation for Adam, but not anyone else, or the hotel stay. They are very concerned about finances because they are a one income family of 6. If you wish to donate they will be forever grateful during this very difficult time!
