My name is Julie Daniels, and I am helping Adam Netzel's parents with this fundraising because they are overwhelmed with other tasks at the moment.  I wanted to create this account for anyone who wants to contribute toward Adam's memorial or medical expenses.   One hundred percent of the funds raised, minus any fees and charges, will go to Adam's parents. 

 

Adam served in the United States Air Force, straight out of high school until he separated,  in 2015.  In 2017, he was diagnosed with lung cancer and had to be on medical disability. As if that was not devastating enough, he later developed a brain tumor that got progressively worse. For the last five years or so of his life, Adam was basically living on medication that took a tremendous toll on his body. In the first week of November, he was admitted into hospice care and taken off all medication except for pain. On November 4th, he succumbed to his ailments.

 

Adam was an only child, so this is the most horrible nightmare for his parents to endure. Nothing we can do or say can ever fill the gaping hole in their hearts of such an incredible loss. However, we can provide a modicum of comfort and solace by making a donation toward Adam's memorial to demonstrate to his parents how valued and appreciated Adam was. I'm sure they will be grateful for any amount because it's more about the thought and honoring Adam.  It will also greatly help with medical expenses.
