Adam Littrell's Recovery

Donation protected
On October 4th of 2019, my brother Adam fell from a roof and broke his back and both wrists.  He was taken by care flight to Medical City of Plano.  He has COPD and also diabetes so medically treating him has had extra challenges. They told us he would not require back surgery so they only surgically fixed his wrists.  He then went to a rehab in McKinney for 7 days.  My mom took him to a doctor to get a 2nd opinion on his back.  They originally said his L2 was a compression fracture but it was really a burst so it would definitely require surgery to repair it. The problem is, he would need a release from his lung doctor and his diabetes doctor.  The lung doctor is worried about his lungs and wants to do more testing prior to releasing him for back surgery. Adam is feeling better daily and will hopefully start physical therapy on his wrists this week in between the many other appointments.  Adam will never go for this go fund me account which is why I didn't ask his permission. I am his sister and I know his daily struggle.  He is the most honest, good person I know and would never ask for help but right now he needs it.  If nothing else, he needs the hope and support going into the next few months of this journey.   Please continue to keep him and the rest of us in your prayers  We all need it. Thanks in advance to anyone who feels moved to give in our time of need.
