No one can ever get you ready for cancer its a like being on a roller-coaster.

Hi my name is jessie O'Rourke and MY husband is 37years old, father of two girls Kim and Ella, was diagnosed 24/12/22 with glioblastoma stage 4 brain cancer, we were told end of January 23 he lost his ability to walk unaided and started to lose ability to use left side slightly, he started radiation in Feb ,he had a shunt put in april, he had to get it unblocked while he had covid in june 23, after this we were told to take him home and enjoy him, he got better, we got married in February 24 a small one at home, then we renewed our vows with all our friends at a hall 20th april 24 we were told in april his tumour had shrunk but now again its bigger and he is now having absent seizures , it has been a long 2 year battle for my husband and sadly in the last few months we have been told by our oncology team that Adam only has a few months to live, in this time myself and the family are struggling to get the funds together to pay for his funeral due the ongoing financial stress we face. Adam has always been a fun loving guy that has always made time for his daughters and myself. We ask you to help in any possible way by donating, sharing, liking. Everything helps in this difficult time. Its extremely hard to watch my husband slowly fade away from me but it's been extremely hard to find the funds to have the send off he deserves.
