Adam Laaref has become a vital part of East Fife Football Club, showing incredible promise and commitment in black and gold as he became a fan favourite in his first year at the club. Sadly, a serious knee injury now threatens to sideline him for up to two years — a devastating blow for both Adam and the club.
The operation Adam requires would involve a year on the NHS waiting list, then the best part of another year in rehabilitation, keeping him out of football for up to two years.
Instead, the club has investigated private options. This doesn’t come cheap, but a special procedure is available which could see Adam back in training in time for the start of next season if all goes to plan.
The club can’t do it without the help of supporters and that’s why we are appealing to you, now that Adam has committed to stay with the club and get back in action in black and gold.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings Adam one step closer to recovery and helps East Fife keep building for the future. Let’s show him what the East Fife community is all about — loyalty, heart, and belief.
Donate today and be part of Adam’s comeback story.
