Adam Krezel is the father of two beautiful daughters, Audrey and Alexa. He and Sarah have been happily married for 14 years. Both girls are actively involved in their dance studio training and their Victoria's School of Dance team. As a studio, we are reaching out asking for donations to support our wonderful Dance Dad, Adam.
On Friday, February 3 Adam Krezel was admitted to St. Joseph’s Hospital South in Tampa. Initial tests found a subdural hematoma (bleed) on his brain. Within a few, hours Adam was airlifted to another hospital. It was decided that he transfer to St. Joseph’s Hospital North in Tampa. He was seen by a Neurologist and Neurosurgeon. Neurology said he had a ruptured aneurysm in his brain.
Adam had another CAT scan around 4 am on Sunday morning. The bleeding in his head remains the same with no evidence of additional blood. The bleeding on his brain is around the size of a golf ball on his left temporal lobe affecting his ability to articulate and speak clearly. He is scheduled for a CT venogram sometime today. They are not going to do any surgical intervention at this time as they do not feel it would be in his best interest. It would be a very dangerous surgery due to the location but also the swelling and the amount of blood on his brain is limiting their ability to identify the main source of the hemorrhage. He will remain in the ICU for at least a week or more so they can closely monitor him with repeat scans, neuro checks and seizure precautions. The neurosurgeon did tell him that he was very lucky that he went to the hospital when he did because another day would have been fatal! Please continue to pray for him!
Our goal right now is to help offset medical expenses, loss of income and any additional expenses that will be incurred during this extremely difficult time. Any amount will help and no amount is too small.
Again, please continue to lift Adam, Sarah and the girls up in prayers and support. Our tribe is strong and all the outpouring of love and concern is beyond appreciated.
