Hi my name is Lauren and fundraising for my brother Adam. On Feb. 8, Adam is scheduled to have surgery. He will be going through his second partial foot amputation. This time last year Adam went through his fist partial amputation on his right foot and now he is faced to go through this process again on his left foot for the hopes that he can live a life where he can walk as pain fee as possible. As you can imagine the recovery process will be extensive. This will require him to be out of work for about eight weeks. While he will be using his PTO this will only cover the first couple of weeks he is off. He has already been quoted by the surgery center for $6000. This is not including his surgeons fee or anesthesia, or the prosthetic’s and braces he will need made. As well as the ever increasing cost of living, Adam and his family could use your help.
