My twin brother Adam Horner was in a very serious motorcycle accident. I am making this go fund me to help him and his girlfriend Morgan Sharron with medical bills and temporary loss of income.

Adam has a broken wrist, complications with his elbow, fractures in his face and road rash all over his body.

His wrist is going to require multiple surgeries, one starting as soon as tomorrow with a recovery time of 3 months just for the first surgery. He will need lots of physical therapy, and may need a skin graft for his face.

With this being said, there are still a lot of unknowns. We don’t know when he will have all his surgeries, what’s exactly wrong with his elbow, how long he will be out of work, how much all of these medical procedures will cost, or when he will even be able to leave the hospital.
