Hello, our names are Matthew and Naomi Sullivan. Adam Blake has been a friend of ours for decades now. Adam has always been a friend who is there when you need him, supportive, encouraging, and full of off the cuff remarks to laugh through life with.

Recently, Adam was admitted to Shands UF for symptoms of liver and kidney failure. He currently, needs a new liver, and is requiring dialysis due to kidney failure, it’s is unknown whether he will need a new kidney after receiving a new liver. He is currently waiting for insurance, before he can be placed on the transplant list.

Adam has three beautiful daughters, two of whom he adopted, and a lovely, caring girlfriend named Emily. It is unknown how long, and hard this road will be for all of them.

Were hoping to raise money to help with hospital bills, travel, food, and anything else the girls, or Adam may need.
