Hi , my name is Dale and I am fundraising for Adam and Julia due to some unforeseen medical issues. Adam will be missing an undetermined amount of work these next few months to get healthy and back to work full-time. Adam will need to go on medical EI while he recovers and EI just is not enough as I am sure we all know. At this point we don't know how much time Adam will have to miss but with chemo and surgery coming up here very soon I would like to start getting donations in so Adam and Julia don't have to worry about finances and can focus on him getting better first and foremost.

I started this not only to help out Adam and Julia but for a couple reasons, one was his coworkers are wanting to help and asking if they can donate , as I am sure family and friends feel the same way. Second was the inspiration Adam and Julia give us all when they see someone in need whether it be a sickness someone is dealing with or maybe just a positive comment or a small present for someone feeling down and out. I am sure we have all seen it time and time again so let's please show our support.

No donation is too small so please don't feel guilty if you can't donate or if you can only donate a little , every little bit helps and I know they will appreciate all we are doing.
