Help the Goodnow Family while Adam recovers

Hi my name is Mark, I am creating this fundraiser to help my dear friend Adam and his adorable twins during Adam's recovery from a tragic accident.

On Nov 14th, Adam was working under a one-ton truck with a loaded utility body. While Adam was under the truck, the truck went into gear and rolled, crushing Adam and nearly taking his life. Luckily Adam survived, but he has horrible injuries including countless pelvis fractures, a broken vertebra, broken sacrum, and four broken ribs.

Adam is a single father, and self-employed. These injuries have confined Adam to a wheelchair while he heals, making him temporarily unable to work, and limiting the care he's able to provide for his twins, Adam and Aiyana, who are only 2 1/2 years old. Adam is not the type to ask for help as he is a very proud and hardworking man. Adam has always been the guy who would give the shirt off his back to anyone.

Unfortunately, due to his accident, Adam is going to be facing increased expenses while his income is temporarily stopped. Over the next few months, Adam will need help with the cost of living, including pellets for his fireplace to get through the New Hampshire winter, and money to help with the care of his kids.

Adam's birthday is on Thanksgiving and I would love you all to help me take some of the pressure off of this amazing single dad and great friend of mine and allow him to just worry about making a full recovery so he can back on his feet and back to always being outside with the kids. Adam is a great guy, he was one of the first friends I made when I got out of the army and is one of the most caring, honest, and sincere people I know.
